State Bank Of India (SBI) — Unable to change my mobile number

Sir, my name is robin sebastian.i am maintaining a saving account in hanamkonda branch, warangal, telangana.since i lost my mobile i want to change my mobile no. in internet banking for recieving OTP. Ref no for changing mobile no is UM[protected] and my IRATA ref no is [protected].i entered the 10 digit no in ATM but it says some technical problens.i tried it in 2 ATMs and one time it said its successful .but till now my number hasn't changed.please change my number. i dont want to visit my branch, it took 1 month, 3 visits & 2 complaints for changing my profile password.if its not possible to give support in internet banking, please let me know, so that i can choose another bank.

there is only one resolution i[censored] have a problem with sbi.close ur account and open in another bank.their customer service is a joke.what can we expect more from govt employee.they consider their customers as beggers.i was also an sbi customer.now changed to other bank for good.you do the same.
