State Bank Of India [SBI] — Without reason penalty imposed and recovered

Dear Sir

I Bijendra Prasad would like to inform that today i.e on 07 Jan 2022 I got an message through mobile, that "chq no. 565920 for INR 21712.00 fvr PNB HOUSING FINANCE recd in clg wl be paid if in order. Contact your branch by 12.30 pm today if not isud by you.- SBI."

When I read tis message firstly I updated my account and deposited the amount of requisite value and planed a visit to my home branch.

During my way to branch, I again received another message at 12.23 pm that "Your A/C XXXXX18500 Debited INR 590.00 on 07/01/22- Towards charges for dishonour of chq no. 565920. Avl Bal is INR 35011.80 - SBI."

I am unable to understand that if time given upto 12.30 and there was enough amount at that time then why penalty recovered from my account rather than clearing the cheque.

I request you that please check the matter thoroughly and refund the amount recovered without any reason.
