Dear Sir, I am Karthik.GR. I have a savings a/c at Basaveswara Nagar Branch [Branch Code : 40624]. I want to make another a/c at same Branch for my friend, But when i went for collect a/c opening form from bank, there is no good responce for me. In branch a man who sitting in help counter not respond properly, first I ask for a/c opening form he told me 'show me your Id Card', after i show my Id card he says 'yours home address is kurubarahalli so go there & make a/c there'. After that I sent my friend for collect form at same branch at 2'O clock with his ID card [his address is nearest to bank] he told again 'The bank time is over so come and next morning and get it'. Again I sent him next morning, that man told 'the a/c opening forms are completed'. Afterwards I make a/c in SBI Bank. I think the SBM bank is the best bank in Karnataka, but i am change my opinion now because of that man who sitting in help counter at the branch.

        Hello Sir, Greetings of the Day!! I on 14/09/2013 withdrew a certain amount from The State Bank of Mysore ATM, Mathikere Branch. And out of the two Thousands rupee notes (Rs 2000), one of them was a counterfeit note. Now the dealer counter did not accept the note, which I replaced with another one. My point is How a counterfeit note comes out of the ATM of the largest banker of the Nation. And why the customer is always at the receiving end (lose of Rs. 1000). Some steps needed to be taken to stop this abrupt use of Fake/Counterfeit notes. And an Ombudsman must be made to facilitate the customers also. Thanking You. SITAKANTA MOHAKHUD [protected]

            I have an account with state bank of mysore..... Waste bank... i have given the application for net banking. still not activated. i checked the bank, employee has busy with some other work so it will delay for another 2 days.. they replied.. why net banking? reducing the time and saving the time... but activating the netbanking why 3 days?... other banks are maximum 12 to 24 hours....

              Dear sbm manager, I am an engineering student and I have to pay my college fees through sbm dd only, for this I visited PJ extension MCC B block SBM bank Davangere -577004 , this bank IFSC Code: SBMY0040361 . Continue I visited this bank on 8aug2013 and 10aug2013 , in this bank dd is not issued while asking the reason the two lady staff and the manager talking rudely with me and my friends, the manager say "why I gave ans to you, we are not issue dd that its you may go out " .This bank is infront of my college only, not only for me hundreds of students caused inconvenience for this branch. Is any circular issued from the sbm head office dd is not issue to any one in your branch. Please take displine action for the two lady staff and the manager and improve your bank standards.

                As I Mohammad khaleem bearing account no [protected] in SBM TORANGALLU BRANCH ,BELLARY . I have taken personal loan from HDFC bank of RS 50,000/-, i have to repay loan amount in 24 EMIS . SO I have given 24 cheques of SBM bank to HDFC bank as I have my salary account in SBM bank .But the two chequesof RS 2454/- each have been bounce by SBM without any reason .due to this i paid penalty of RS 200/- IN SBM and RS496/-in HDFC bank . I Have contacted sbm branch manager on this but he failed with satisfactory reply. Please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and respite me from such problems in nearfuture.

                    sir, the complaintant mrs surekha jagadal has been issued card [protected] without her consent and knowledge. though the party has not used the card on any single occasion the bank has been regularly sending her notices of dues purported to be paid by her. the local bank branch has not been paying any heed to her complaint and feigns ignorance. the party is seeking the intervention of the higherups to sort out the matter and annul the dues as the party does not intend to use the card as she has no use of it. in the light of the above, please do the needful as she may be compelled to redress the grievance at a higher level

                      My DD no 013647 dtd[protected] for Rs 29332 purchased from Ambedkarveedhi branch of Bangalore was paid to commissioner CMC Yelahanka on[protected] by the bank. But my khatha was not issued by the BBMP. On pursual with BBMP, a letter was addressed by ARO Yelahanka BBMP to confirm purchase by me to the bank in july 2011. I have emailed several times to the branch requesting a reply to BBMP since my work is heldup. The bank officials are silent. Will the bank reply suitably the ARO and cause release of my khatha certificate.

                        I purchased DD no013647 on[protected] for Rs 29332- payable to Commissioner CMC Yelahanka which was encashed on[protected]. Unfortunately the DD was misused, forged and a khatha was issued to one Mahalakshmi SG owner of site nos 168/183 after erasing my signature on the reverse. On prolonged correspondence and complaints to all including the CM, and the BBMP commissioner after payment of additional fees as demanded now the khatha work is almost over, thanks to Sri Chandrashekhar Azad Secretary of Yelahanka vidhansabha janjagruthi vedike with whose effort the file moved at jet speed to all the concerned and he is instrumental in getting the case resolved. But the ARO Yelahanka BBMP has written to the Manager SBM Ambedkarveedhi from whon he is requesting certain clarifications which the bank has failed to reply despite my personal talking to the manager. Unless the bank certifies my purchase of DD BBMP will not be convinced of my arguments. Naturally the ARO has to answer the audit about the DD purchased by me which is forged and misused by some unscrupulous elements of erstwhile CMC for non payment of demanded bribe by me.

                          State Bank Of Mysore — Issue of new ATM/Debit card

                          Dear Sir
                          I lost my ATM card on[protected] and blocked its operation on the very same day by contacting the customer care. I applied for issue of new ATM card at MS building branch on[protected],where I have my SB account.( No.[protected] )
                          I have contacted the branch,Head office ATM section and also mobile no.[protected] several times,all my efforts have failed and still I am not in receipt of the new ATM cum Debit card.I am a senior citizen and it becomes very difficult for me to approach bank all the time.

                            Hi Sir ,

                            My name is Ravi , I am applying for US Universities for Master's program . Hence I wanted a solvency certificate so that I can show universities that I have capability to fund my education .
                            Today I approached SBM SSI Branch and SBI Electronic city . The bank staff was not very friendly and was not able to co-operate with me . Finally I was able to contact manger and manger informed that he will give only the solvency against my bank balance and not by property ....I am from a middle class family I don't have 30 lakhs in my account to show . So hence I wanted solvency against my property , But the bank staff are saying no we can't give ....

                            But the bank is spoiling my future , without the solvency I will not be able to apply for any of the universities . why these nationalised bank are not understanding . why can't the middle class student can't apply to the universities even if I have some property to prove that I can afford the education .

                            Please some one help me regarding this as I am short of time . I need to apply to the universities .

                                Sir, I named as Pradeep Kumar S bearing Account Number [protected]
                                is an old customer of SBM. I had an ATM card which was not working properly for few reasons which i brought motice to the H.B Halli branch, they asked me to pay Rs250 for issue of New ATM, accordingly i have submitted application along with challan of Rs250 on 21/6/2011 and they promised me that ATM card will be issued within 30 days, but when i enquired about it in the branch they are not properly responding and showing their negligence towards it. Till today(1/8/2011) i am not in receipt of it. Please make necessary arrangements for the issue of ATM in early date and oblige.

                                  This is ISHWARYA B.S. having Savings Bank account(Acc no : [protected]) in State Bank Of Mysore, COTTON PET branch.I had registered for online banking three months back, after getting user name and password, on first login i changed USER NAME, LOGIN PASSWORD & PROFILE PASSWORD and logged out but i could not login with changed user name and password as i got invalid user name and password as response.
