Sir, My existing debit card drawn from SBM - Harita Br. Hosur-635109, TN-India has been worn out for the last 3 months. I could not get operate it thro ATM.
I have applied thro SBM-Harita Branch for a fresh one. As of date I have not received a new card in my Address 47/512A, Old ASTC Hudco, Hosur-635109. I am seeking yr goodself intervention to get the new card as quickly as possible since I need my own money for daily-core life. Could u please push it thro courier to my address?

It has been a month that I was given the net banking kit and still it is not activated from bank side. When enquired about it by phone they ask to come to bank. The NetBanking facility is taken because the visit to bank is so tedious. This has caused a lot of problem for me as the situation is bad due to demonetization.plz help.

    On the 4th Jan2017 I tried to debit 4000rs from account .I have not received the money but my account was debited 2 times 4000 (total 8000).
    4000rs was credited in my account on 7th Jan2016 but remaining 4000 has note been created yet .

      Dear sir

      I hereby bring to your notice that i have used basaveshwara nagar atm on 01/10/2016 and i have not received rs.10, 000.00 but my account was debited. I have the account in basaveshwara nagar branch and i have complained to the branch vide complaint no. F[protected] on 06.10.2016 and branch informed that "ej is successful with error aluno 123". I have spoken to mr. Rakesh system officer of your region but no use. I have lodged one written complaint to the branch, for that also no reply. I have lodged unhappy complaint through sms but no reply.

      I hope you will solve the problem and credit amount to my account at the earliest and oblige.

            I am the bank holder in state bank of mysore. I applied for a internet banking kit on 26th dec 2016 11:00am. Manger told to collect internet banking kit on on 26th dec 2016 4:00pm. I collected internet kit on same the day. Manager told it will take 24hrs to activate. Already 1 week over still it is not activated. If i login with new username and password provided by bank getting invalid username/password message.

            I am the bank holder in State Bank of Mysore. I applied for a new passbook on 26th dec 2016 11:00AM. Manager told to collect passbook on 26th dec 2016 4:00PM. I went to bank at 4pm on same day and asked about my passbook they told machine is not working.

            I am working in a software company, i applied leave because of bank work. They are not responding or solve account holder problem. Please take a action against them.

              This complaint is regarding the request for reversal for POS transaction.
              I use My Debit card for a POS transaction on 12th December 2016. The amount is Rs.1040. But it was credited Twice from my account. I applied for a Reversal the very next day at My home branch. The manager said it would take 4-6 working days for the money to be credited to my account. It has been more than two weeks now and every time I enquire with my branch they say they have not received any message from the Head office. My travelling expenses to the bank many times has come upto Rs. 200. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because they have exceeded the stipulated time frame of 4-6 days.

                We applied for educational loan in SBM on August 5, 2016. Manager accepted to give loan and we submitted all documents on August 5th. Now 4 months over manager is not responding saying he needs still some more time. Today he said he will give the loan next academic year together. My son is a rank student, studying in RV engineering college after getting 15th rank for karnataka state. We are lower middle class family and we paid college fees and CET by taking money for 6% interest, now it is not affordable for us to pay interest. Manager not giving loan. Please provide why this manager not giving loan? what is his intention??

                      I used debit card for payment for amazon but on the machine they have not recieved the amount then i paid cash only.then amazon issued a refund to your original payment method for Rs. 465.00 on October 10, 2016. The reference number for the refund is AuthCode 729318 and Reversal Reference # 183***.
                      but amount is not credited yet 2 months passed. if this is the service there wont be cashless india

                                I paid the amount through atm debit card but the transaction failed and the amount was debited from my sbm account.
                                I visited to the nearest branch which is in basaveshwaranagar, but manager told me to lodge a complaint through internet banking.
                                I lodge a complaint through internet banking and i dint get any replay even after one month. Then again i visited basaveshwaranagar branch, the manager told me that u came very late. We cant refund your amount. Bank manager behavior was very bad and its not acceptable.
                                Even she didn't know kannada langauge and many local people are facing because of this thing.
                                I requset to change the manager immediately.

                                  in state bank of mysore belgaum(karnataka) branch near shani mandir, the bank employee are issuing limited cash exchange form to people and winding up their work hurry, this is creating anger among the people who are coming to exchange the currency. even though the bank is having enough new currency they are not issuing the form and saying that the cash exchange form got over, we can understand that the bank employees are working hard and co-operating to exchange currency but in some bank it is not happening.. as per our PM the cash exchange can be done till 30th dec but if the bank employees are not working till their said hour ie 6 PM and winding up the work in hurry then the issue will not be resolved even after 30th dec, Request you kindly intimate the bank employee to give the form and exchange form till 6 PM. so that all the people will have the exchanged currency at the earliest.

                                    As per government rules we can exchanges old notes Rs. 4000 per day,
                                    So yesterday on 11/11/2016 i exchanged 4000 rs from state bank of mysore metgalli industiral area,

                                    so today on 12/11/2016 again i went for exchange my amount, after 02 hours i stand up in line but they refused to exchanged my notes and they said till 24th november i cannot exchanged my money, because i have already exchanged 4000 on 11/11/2016 .
