    My tenent deposits rent of ₹45000/- every month to my sb acc. With the above branch. The cashier refuses to take the cash and instucts my tenent to use the cdm.Thus every month ₹25 is deducted from my acc. With no fault of mine.Please revert all the charges collected each time so far to meet the ends of justice. Thanks!

      What careless customer care i never seen before... When ever i call to customer care to ask some information or make something correct i never satisfied whit their answers... Thy always tel me to go to branch becz v dont have any speciality give information... What the hell is this? Then why customer care? When cant help to customer? This is too bad everytime for everything i cant go the branch u guys should help usright? If not then cancel your bloody customer care? Today i went to my sbm branch and updated my mobile number to my account bcoz i wanted to open personal net banking.. But thy didnot updated yet... Wen i try to put my number while opening net banking it shows wrong number please contact the branch... See dont say again to go branch and all... My name is sujatha...         I got an education loan for my son who studied B.Tech (IT) in 2008. The state bank of Mysore main branch Salem IFSC: SBMY0040348 gave Rs 1, 20, 000 for the three semesters instead of 8 semesters. After his completion he studied his M.Tech degree & completed in 2014. We remind the same to the bank. Now they force us to pay 2, 34, 000 (ie Principle+Compound Interest as 1, 04, 000 ) with in this March 31st.Till now My son didn't get a job. I belong to a normal family. My Daughter is now studying M.Sc., (Medical Anatomy). I am the single earning member .Because of this reason I am not able to remit the same. Kindly consider my position and make arrangement to remit the loan without the interest .Within the Three months i pay 41, 000.Even though they ask me to remit 1, 04, 000 and also send advocate's notice for the same. I humbly request you, to take necessary action in this regarding.

Amount Rs.824 has to be reversed to the account from both the transactions which not happened till date. Please do the needful at the earliest. Written Complaint given at home branch.

            I made payment ot amazon through
            internet banking online on 01.01.2016 & i received a message from amazon
            seller as "Payment Unsuccessful", *I surprised to know that i got deducted
            the amount of Rs 1014.00* from my account and *till date it is not
            refunded*.
            I asked amazon customer care through telephone regarding this issue, they
            said me to contact my bank branch,
            On 11/01/2016, I visited my bank branch (Siddarthanagar sbm branch, Mysuru)
            in person and lodged a complaint on this issue also
            Later i lodged the complaints to the concerned customer care department, they said me to wait for 3 days, already more than 2 weeks are over, I did not get any refund from the bank.

                I have transferred Rs 10000 to wrong beneficiary on 22nd Jan 2016. On the same day I have raised request for recall of this transaction which was unsuccessful and the amount is credited to beneficiary account which is with STATE BANK OF MYSORE. Somehow I contacted beneficiary and requested him to transfer that amount to me. When she contacted her branch manager, she has been informed that amount has been blocked by the bank because of wrong NEFT transaction. The beneficiary is also agreed for debiting her account as it is wrong transfer. My bank Kotak Mahindra sent series of emails to SBM but they are not replying.

                            Dear sir/madam, I am kumaraswamy HS my saving bank account number is -[protected], while click on available balance option in home page actual balance is showing 18940.37-/ rupees showing and while view the account statement by date wise option- my closing balance is showing of rupees 19140.37-/, so 200-/ rupees is difference amount is there while compare the actual balance with statement of accounts. Please rectify this mismatch issue and even not showing the banking transactions how it shoe this difference amount please clarify.                                   I am Prabhakara shetty, the saving a/c holder in state bank of Mysore wide SB A/c no. [protected], Airport Road Yelahanka (Kogilu Cross). I had withdrawn an amount of Rs.5000/- on 26th Nov 2015 at 10.20 PM from ATM in HDFC Vijayanagar pipeline Bengaluru(ATM CASH 9900). At first try the ATM was unable to do transaction, then after I went to another ATM machine in same day at 10.30 PM(in corporation RPC Layout Bangalore -ATM CASH 50445). But both transitions were not successful. For my surprise the pass book statement shows that Rs. 5000/- is debited in HDFC Vijayanagar RPC Layout. Then after I have received PASSBOOK statement also enclosed the same. Please arrange to credit the amount in my SBM account. Yours Sincerely Prabhakara Shetty

                                        I am Nagendra Manjunatha Hegde Iam transfer the amount of Rs 600 through online banking in friday and saterday . Payment is not done but deducted the amount of my account number (a/c no. [protected]) plese cancel the transanction and refund the amount
                                        State Bank of Mysore customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
