Dear sir/madam I mr. Pruthvi h k, i having account in sbm since 5 year and now the complaint is i have activated online banking so while activating bydefault they took my old mobile number so i requested to change my mobile number had the branch people not responding well. I jatesh Kumar Goyal hold acc. No.[protected] in branch 040547. On wed 22/2017 at 11:33 am of ₹949 and on thu 23/2017 of ₹1441 refund initiated which is still not credited in my account. I had ref##IGAAZAVUU8 for more details. Plz do needful and reply soon as soon as possible.my ph.no. [protected].

My name is Dr .Leena Smita and i hold an account in SBM Kavalbyrasandra branch. my account number is [protected]. Since i live away from Bangalore, i requested the concerned bank authorities to update my old mobile number to a new number and the bank employee asked me to fill out the mobile updation form available online. I did the needful and submitted the scanned copy on their registered email ID provided by them. I was promised that my number would be updated by 7 pm in the evening. Now, when i call them regarding the issue, which they haven't resolved, they show a lot of irritation and refuse to even listen to my problem and are asking me to visit the branch. Kindly address the issue and do as promised by you. kindly go through the email sent to you and do the needful. I would like to know, why only our banks in India do not have integrity and do their work on time?. Is it only me facing issues like this, or is this a nationwide phenomenon. Kindly do not let down your customers!!!.

On 28-Apr I've transferred 500rs from sbm to icici bank through net banking money has been deducted from my account but it has not been transferred to recipient account I've contacted the bank several times but there is no reply from them
