Sir i have a ppf a/c in state bank of patiala, mandi gobindgarh branch. Today my office boy go to the branch to shift my ppf a/c to hdfc bank as my saving a/c is already in hdfc bank. But in branch they said that their is not any system to shift the ppf a/c to any other bank and they refused to shift the ppf a/c also they refused to issue the reciept the request letter for shift the ppf a/c.
