This is with reference to above subject, I would like to request you to intimate state bank of travancore for passing benefit of rate of interest on home loan to all customer as per RBI guideline RBI has already changed the base rate but the bank has not given benefit to existing customer, they inform that client we will reduce your rate of interest but we will charge 1% against your due.
