State Bank Of Travancore — Online purchase is not activated but amount debited three times

I tried to purchase an item from www.mtcradio.com online, i was try to make payment through my state bank visa debit card, and i entered card no, expiry date, cvv and name then clicked on proceed to payment button. There is no otp coming to my registered mobile but the amount was deducted from my account for three times. But no purchase was activated. I here by include the transaction details bellow.
