Sir/ Madam,
I am an account holder in your bank since last 8 years. My saving/ current ccount number is [protected] /Avalookunnu branch, Alappuzha (code is 000583). I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason, And also they are not picking up the phone when you call during working hours, the branch contact number is +[protected], this number will working in only after the office time you can check by a call. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidance,
Unfortunately last two years I could not do any transaction in the aforesaid account, because I am working in Kuwait, Therefore, I would request to reactivate my account to enable me to proceed with future transactions. I had tried to call many time to the bank contact number but the answer was “the number is temporary out of service” So that I request my father-in-law to go and enquire with the bank staff, accordingly he went to the branch, but they are not lessening what he is asking ?
I request you to take appropriate action and warn them to provide us services that we deserve.
