State Bank — railway ticket not booked, but amount deducted from my account

Dear sir,
I Venkatesh Komma, i have payment to the Rail ticket in IRCTC Rail Connect but the amount of Rs. 750/- is deducted from my account and credited to your bank but not received by the irctc i have mentioned reference ids

Please look into this and refund my amount to my account.
