Haven't receive a cover whice i ordered on 26 december 2018 i want the refund of money this company is fraud proof is in the image pleasee report this immediately not tolerable horrible service

I ordered a cover of green colour.. On 26 december 2018.. Order number #915692 associated with the same email adresss n i have also got the payment succesful remainder the thing is i haven't recieved the order till now it is already 10 to 15 days.. So i gave you remarks don't check the patience of your dear customers n kindly.. Check my order and deliver it as soon as possible..
Even your both the number on the site.. Are switched off very poor service from your side kindly just go through it..
