I placed an order for a customised backcover for oppo f9 pro the amount got deducted. My oder id is 1855883.. But the order status shows failed. Please help me and resolve my issue. waiting for a quick response..I tried to contact the customer care number but no one received the call.. It seems to be a fake site.. Such sites should be banned.. And if its real someone should respond to our problems..

I had ordered 3 different phone cases on 5th Aug 2019 and its been 15 days that i haven't received my order yet.
