Stayclassy.in — fraud site - just there to swallow customer's money

I booked one plus 3t mobile cover on 28 june and paid right then with order no. 1692166. But even after 8 days the status of order shows pending payment.
Reaching their customer care is near to impossible because all their lines are switched off.
This is my second time complaining in this week and they still haven't responded.
Payment screenshots have been attached along with this.
