Stayclassy.in — Horrible delivery experience refund needed

Their site claims that order will be shipped in 24 hrs and product will reach within 3 days. I ordered (order 4880078 ) on Aug 10th with estimated delivery date of Aug 14th. Today (Aug 14th), I was not able to find order # on their tracking tool and called their Customer Care number. However, came go know from them that it has not even shipped and may take 9-10 days! They didn't let me cancel telling I hace to cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. Woah, they wouldnt process it for 4 days, but I need to cancel in 2 hours. What a horrible experience!!
