I have ordered 1 phone back cover from stay classy. I have followed up many times to get an update for my order.
No one even bother to reply back.

And there is no option for cod. You have to pay to get an order.

If they are getting paid on time then why they didn't respond to customer.

I just need an update for my order

I have gifted that order to someone. And if i don't even get reply how could i rely upon that i will get my order for sure.

I received one random call and have been asked for share the details in which it is mentioned as "Don't share it".

And I have been asked to share my Patym credentials if I want refund.

Is this a process set up for customer. You can pay from PAYTM but you won't get refund from PAYTM.

How worst process is set for refund by Stay Classy.

And the worst thing I was not informed that my order is cancelled. When I got a random call I came to know this.

Stay Classy team have to look this. I need my refund amount.

I have ordered a phone case at 30th July nd today it is 7th August but still I have not received an order... During an order time the delivery time shows 5 to 9 working days.Even it is still not pick up shows in tracker.
