Hi Team,

I placed an order on October 19 and still haven't received my order. On contacting the company they say that they will dispatch the order on the same day but they never do. I have received atleast 5 messages saying that the order has been packed. The contact for the support team is always busy. Requesting you to help me with the same as the order was supposed to be a gift.
