[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — money deducted but order details not provided

I placed an order on saturday 11th august for 3 mobile covers and paid 497 rs., got an email from ccavenue that the payment was successful but their site says the order was not placed. I tried contacting on both their numbers but they are switched off.. Have sent them like 10emails but they haven’t responded.. Please take some action against them and help me get back my money.. I ordered a back cover of Xiomi Mi A1. On 20th July 2018 since that day whenever i go for tracking the product it always shows processing.
The image of so is attached down.
Kindly send my cover ASAP or refund the money which i paid against the cover i.e., ₹199.
