I am writing to express my deep concern regarding Order ID5068508, placed on December 12th, which has yet to be shipped. Despite receiving a Blue Dart tracker, my attempts to contact them have been futile as the order remains pending. The phone is still switched off.
Post-ordering, I received messages from StayClassy on December 20th, 23rd, and 24th, stating that the order is packed. However, upon checking the tracking link, it consistently shows "pickup rescheduled, " adding to my frustration.
Efforts to reach Stay Classy's contact number listed on the website have proven unsuccessful, with repeated calls going unanswered. Today, the phone appears to be switched off, compounding my frustration.
This lack of responsiveness is deeply troubling, especially considering my deadline. I insist on immediate action and request a prompt update on the status of my order. My expectation is for delivery by the end of the day on December 18th. Incase of any further delay, I would like to cancel my order and claim for refund. Was this information helpful? |
