[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — order not delivered, more than 12 days

I had ordered 2 cases on stayclassy.in on 27 july but now it's more than 12 days they did not update what is the status of my order. The website still showing *processing* I had also contact on their costumer helpline they said the product will be delivered to you by 6 Aug 2018 but today is 8 Aug there is no update that my order is shipped. My order no. Is #371099.
