[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — placed an order but still the order is in processing

I placed an order on stayclassy.in on 21st march, 2018. The order still shows processing and the customer number is constantly switched off. The support ticket option is completely useless, it is just a blog which stacks all the request id's nothing else. I want my refund as soon as possible or the order to be delivered.

Seems the company is fake and looting customers.
