Hey Stayclassy Team Rohit this side... I have shopping a I phone 7 phone cover from your website at 17th of last month ( 17 May ) Here is the URL of product /adventure-map-iphone-7-phone-cover/ I have filled all the necessary info which is required to place the order and made the payment online through Debit card. The amount near about 194 is been deducted from my main account. I have attached their screenshot as well. Just for your information, I want to let you know that I was trying to book the product through a guest account. After deducting the amount, I am not getting any such mail or message regarding my order is booked. I call to my bank and register a complaint about the same because I was thinking might be its bank problem and my amount will be refunded but today I again call to the bank and they told me, my merchant, I mean you have successfully received the payment. They share the Merchant id with me. Here is the ID number[protected] Transaction ID number - [protected] Now I have all the evidence that my money is received on your wallet and I request to you please send my money back on my account number - [protected] Bank Name - Sbi, Amb Account holder name - Rohit jaswal Treat this mail as a token and I hope soon you will process my money back to my account.
