Stayclassy.in — Product ordered has not been delivered yet.

I have ordered a case on 28th of October.I received a mail of my order that is being processed. But after that I couldn't track my order and I have not received any response from their side. It's a paid order. I need it to be delivered as soon as possible. I don't want my money to be wasted.
