I have ordered 2 mobile cover under order no 2849411_20080640 dated 7/8/2020 for amount Rs. 349.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the print and right fit, hence I called for replacement or refund. However the company asked me to submit the query on their FB page. The FB page asked me if they can refund half the amount to which I inquired why not full or take the product back. But post that no communication had happened.
I believe my phone number is also blocked post my 2 conversations in customer care as I am not able to connect back overcall. There is no response to email, call or FB messenger. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? |
