I placed order for a phone cover on 21.11.21 and I received the Order receipt too. Later on 21.11.21 I received another mail from Stayclassy mentioning that my order is incomplete. But my order was complete and money was deducted from my bank account and I have received a mail about successful payment. Now when I am visiting Stayclassy website but it is not showing my order and I am unable to track it or do anything about it.
I send them emails but received no response and also tried calling the help center but no avail. I want to know if my order has been placed or not because my money has been deducted.
