[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — unaware of status of order

I placed order on 21 july and it was paid order. Today on ther website i clicked on the chat support and send them an email regarding the status of my order. They replied that database not found and now i am unable to even open the website and from then it was continuously showing being processed.
