[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — Want Correct status of my product

I ordered ring from stayclassy on 25th Jan and the shiprocket send me message as product is packed.now when I check my order today they show me as product is in transit while I am tracking my order in courier company they show product is not pickup by them and no updation received from last 2days and no contact made to stayclassy
While I called their customer support either they busy or if received they don't say anything and not even ans in mail also.
Does this company is real or fake if it is fake plz help me to refund my money of 400 rs or give me the correct details of my order as soon as possible
