[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — honor 8x phone cover

Yesterday i've placed an order for my phone cover and the money was deducted 2 times from my account and i didn't receive any order confirmation message on my email nor on my phone number... So i want my money back.. They deducted 400rs from my account... I need my order confirmation message and tracking details right now.. And my order was just of ₹199 but the money deducted was 2 times ₹399... So i need my ₹199 back

My complain has not yet been resolved... 24hrs has been passed since I placed my order but still I didn't receive any message for my order confirmation... If you people cannot give proper service to customers then why you have started your company... You better close your company because you can't give proper service to customers... If I didn't receive my order confirmation email then I'm gonna spread this issue all over... Either I need my ₹400 back to my account or I need my order of ₹200 and extra ₹200 which you people had deducted from my account... Take an action ASAP or else I'm gonna take action on it and I really mean it...

Updated by Sabihamohammadi 48hrs has been passed and I've not yet received my order confirmation email from the company... Please kindly send me my order confirmation message to my email and return the remaining extra money back to my account ₹199 should be returned back to my account... If I didn't receive any confirmation message from the company within 24hrs than I'm gonna mention the page and report it and it's the warning...

I have ordered 10 days back but still i have not received my product, its too much late to get my orderd product.

I have order phone cover for my phone vivo v9 from stay classy.in on 7th of august this is the status since then... Order #1816365 was placed on August 7, 2019 and is currently Processing.

App shows i can track order within 24to 48hrs from order time but nothing coming & all the contacts nos they mention are switched off
