[Resolved] Stayzilla — Booking Confirmation failed | |||||
Hey First, I have done booking from your website. My booking id is[protected][protected]. But the confirmation is not done by the hotel authorities. I have done payment of Rs 2071 . The amount has been deducted but the confirmation got declined. I didnt get the refund yet. Secondly there is no customer care number provided on your website where I can directly deal with any of your members and get a clear confirmation. Please tell your any executive to get in touch with me andfor better clarification. Kindly overlook my issue and refund my amount that has been deducted as soon as possible.
