I have booked Hotel Ambassador on 16.8.2016 for the dates 18.8 and 19.8. instead of 20.8. and 218.2016. Actually I wanted to stay on Saturday and Sunday. Due to oversight I pressed the button submit without modifying the correct dates. I therefore request you to change the dates from 18.8. to 19.8.16 to 20.8. to 21.8.2016 please. I booked a room for my parents in Kasauli on Aug 22 2016 through stayzilla, but at last min the hotel people informed that room is not available and your money will be refunded...Its been 13 days and no money is refunded in my account...Moreover your customer care numbers are also not working..
