[Resolved]  Stayzilla — Cheaters , please do not trust them , they lure you to make full payment and then no support after that

Stayzilla Order no[protected][protected] for Hotel MCM Towers-Rameswaram. This is my order id, I had made full payment of 2444 INR. The check in date and time was 21st jan 7 am and checkout date time was 22nd jan 8pm. I did not even stay for 2 complete days (48 hrs), but still I had to pay for 2 days. This was already communicated with Stayzilla before booking and before paying the full amount, and they re-assured everytime that its alright. But as soon as the booking was made, they did not care about the checkin checkout time anymore.When I went to hotel, the manager said that the checkout time is 12 noon on 21st Jan, which was highly unreasonable. When I tried to contact stayzilla, they simply washed their hands off, saying that extra charges will apply.Bottomline, do not trust them, they will promise you anything and evrything to get the full payment done and later won't be concerned about their promises later.
