[Resolved] Stayzilla.com — Fraud booking | |||||
I am kuntal das. I to confirm the booking that i have made via stayzilla.com for a single room from 10-14 aug to hotel serene shillong. I have received a confirmation mail from the website. The booking reference number is:order id:[protected][protected] (This is also the check in pass). Just to notify you the full payment has been made. However when i contacted the hotel they said that they haven't received any email form stayzilla. Could you please look into it and let me know about the current status. I tried to reach out to the stayzilla customer care but they could not be traced. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please refund my booking ASAP . Since I didn't get any updates from your end I have made alternate arrangements for my stay.
However if you do not process the refund I would be compelled to take this matter to the authorities.
