[Resolved] Stayzilla.com — not reliable guys. | |||
I made 3 bookings for my Kerala tour in Dec 13. Staff quality is very bad. very poor communication skills. they do not understand anything about the hotel industry. no knowledge about the hotels. if you make any query they are not able to handle it. Hotels don't listen to these guys. I made a complaint about my worst experience with Grandeur house Boats but they do not respond at all. Even Chief Executive is in deep slumber and do not bother to reply. please stay away from these type of booking sites Was this information helpful? | |||
