[Resolved]  Stayzilla — Complaining about improper booking of hotels and not providing of refund

We have booked the room in Lonavla Hotel Dream holidays for 18 -19 June, unfortunately hotel people are saying till now no room is booked on my name or though booking id, even customer care people are not responding

Let me know the status.
