i had booked one room through stayzilla in Hotel sheela at nainital and give me a booking id.[protected][protected]_TR1, your executive call me for hotel confirmation and request me for full payment of total booking amount ( 605 already paid+ 2419 balance), i agreed and request him that pls sent me a email for Bal amount, account detail and hotel confirmation so that we can pay this amount, we are follow up daily through mail & phone but we are not getting any response from your side till date, This is my first experience to add your services and not feeling good, your communication is not good, you are deal in customer services company and your response should be very quick & satisfied so that customer may feel great experience with your service. so you are requested to send confirmation immediately.
