[Resolved] Stayzilla — Hotel cancelled by stayzilla and refund not done | |||||
I have booked hotel palm, diu, check-in: 3 nov 2016check-out: 5 nov 2016, I have paid 5966.00 but after few hours the stayzilla customer informed me that rates have gone high due to festival season and 100% refund been done. Since then 12 days have passed, i have been struggling to get the refund through. I have called the customer care no of times, but no solution yet. I am shocked to find there are so many other such cases, is it a fraud site??
