I made booking on 19th Dec 16 for Goa hotel JES GUEST HOUSE Near Milagres Chapel, Beach Road, Majorda, Salcete, Salcete, Goa 403713
from stayzilla so I booked hotel as per stayzilla instructions I paid my money 14118/_on 19 itself I got message once after I made payment hotel cancelled our booking as they don't have rooms available all other websites showed it's not available the only website was showing available was stayzilla I called up stayzilla team immediately they said they will initiate my refund on 19th which they dint do they dint send any email or message saying refund has been initiated when I called after two days which is on 21st they said they will initiate the refund now which is on 21st I shouted on them they dint bauther to answer our questions and another things they said 5-7working days which is already over I call them almost every day but there no never gets connected if I call from others no it will get connected I called them again on 27 they said madam refund will get sure shot on 28dec where it was false statement now on 28dec I called them again they says wait till tomorrow which on 29-dec I pretty clear why I should for my money where I have already enough time they dint send any message any call nor an email they don't have courtesy to respond not me this are 88 people who are back off for refund please solve for people who are paid there hard earn money for family vacation
