[Resolved]  Stayzilla — Refund not received - its been more than 10 days

I booked a room in stayzilla on august 5, 2016. But since rooms were not available they said they will refund my money in 10 days. Its been more than 10 days i haven't received my money and also i am trying to reach stayzilla but they stopped responding to me. Unethical people!!! Please do not ever book with stayzilla! I am planning to move legally regarding this issue.
