[Resolved] Stayzilla — Refund of my payment, due to mistake by StayZilla | |||
I booked one room in Star Beach Resort, Goa through Stayzilla (Order Id[protected][protected]) for 17th-19th August, 2014. I paid 1552+100 in two installments for that to StayZilla and StayZilla sent me the confirmation for the booking. I have that confirmation now. Then when I reached the hotel, the hotel said that the booking is not confirmed because they have not received any amount. I talked to StayZilla. The Hotel manager also talked with them. After a lot of discussion between them, StayZilla asked me to pay the amount again by cash to the hotel and promised me to return the money I paid earlier. I paid the cash to the hotel and have the payment slip for that. I also have the message from StayZilla confirming that they will return the money on next business day. But I still did not receive the money. I called several times to StayZilla and every time the representative says that he/she will call me in 10 minutes and then they don't show up. I also chatted with many representatives and they also confirmed me that they will return my money on the next day, but it is not still done.
