[Resolved]  Stayzilla — Refund of my payment, due to mistake by StayZilla

I booked one room in Star Beach Resort, Goa through Stayzilla (Order Id[protected][protected]) for 17th-19th August, 2014. I paid 1552+100 in two installments for that to StayZilla and StayZilla sent me the confirmation for the booking. I have that confirmation now. Then when I reached the hotel, the hotel said that the booking is not confirmed because they have not received any amount. I talked to StayZilla. The Hotel manager also talked with them. After a lot of discussion between them, StayZilla asked me to pay the amount again by cash to the hotel and promised me to return the money I paid earlier. I paid the cash to the hotel and have the payment slip for that. I also have the message from StayZilla confirming that they will return the money on next business day. But I still did not receive the money. I called several times to StayZilla and every time the representative says that he/she will call me in 10 minutes and then they don't show up. I also chatted with many representatives and they also confirmed me that they will return my money on the next day, but it is not still done. Please take necessary steps so that I can get back my money.. Thanks, Sabyasachi
