[Resolved] Stayzilla — Required status - booking and advance payment urgently in Hotel Meera Vatika Mahabaleshwar | |||||
Myself, Mausum Chakraborty, yesterday booked 2 double bed rooms for 2 nights 24th & 25th December 2016 in hotel Meera Vatika in Mahabaleswar through your online booking portal. For this purpose I punched my credit card for an advance payment of 3000/- rupees (CITRUS STAYZILLA 49898). But after submission of payment it has been notified in your portal that booking will be confirmed within 6 hrs. But unfortunately after almost 20 hrs neither I have got any confirmation nor I have got any kind of mail or SMS reply from hotel or you. My payment has been deducted but there is no response. Please notify me immediately about the status of my booking and if not confirmed please return my advance part payment immediately. Looking for the resolution and refund of my advance payment.
