Hi team, I have booked 2 rooms in haritha hotel, srisailm for 30th july with order id #[protected][protected]. I have paid them rs.2408/- for the booking. They have responded back saying my booking was unsuccessful as the rooms are not available. I have contacted stayzilla care ([protected]@stayzilla.com) regarding this. They have responded back saying my money will be refunded within 8-10 working days. I'm yet to receive my cashback. Now they are not even responded to any of my mails. Please give my money back. I have attached the screenshots of the mail communications with stayzilla care. Please get back to me if you need any further information from my end.
