If you want to ruin your holidays then stayzilla is THE BEST option I can recommend. The phone support of this site is such a nice that it will make sure that you get tiered of irritation. you will never ever able to reach out to the same person if you call second time. also you will always have to explain your problem in detail every time anyways, here is I am sharing my experience with stayzilla, I booked hotel through it two months prior and I also got conformation for the same, However I confirmed that on email as well as on phone though when I reached to the hotel for check in, hotelier denied my booking straight away stating that stayzilla haven't approached to him with my booking. On calling stayzilla they asked to wait me for some time to fix the confusion, so kept calling after every 10-15 mins to them and explained the same problem again and again to them. so it took them 4-5 hours to tell me that they are sorry about the confusion and they cant do anything about it and asked me to look for another hotel by refunding my booking amount. this is totally unprofessional and BS. so in short if you want to play with your companions emotions and ruin your holidays then please go to stayzilla and book your stay.
