Stepsindia Technologies — website not completed

I have ordered this company to prepare one dating cum networking website, after many days there was no call from technical team, I send my requirement to them through WhatsApp. They prepared some sort of things, without taking concern of me. Website is not looking like professional but like +2 students has created it. Later on they said that, we have only discussion for dating site. Then again n again they changed their statements. I request this forum to help me out n get me refund of Rs 1400+6800. Also instruct him to return my domain at the earliest with my refund.
