hello frnds, i am also the former employee of STEPS INDIA TECHNOLOGY, roopam goenka the CEO, HR, is the fake person, frnds wo bolta kuch hai aur krta kuch hai, i works in this company for 6 months but i dnt get any salary.This roopam dosesn't given any salary to me, even not give any stipend. ye bas fresher s kam karwata h, aur jab pasie mango to bolta h ki tumne kam hikya kiya h company m.. this roopam is dump guys. mei to frnds kuch jada bolunga ni, but is company m jaoge to time wastage h aur kuch ni hai, ... no trainer... no infrastructural ... no water even... you have to bring your won water from your house even u have to use ur own laptops but he will not provide u any maintenance charge . this person is sooooo selfish, gadhe ki tarah kaam kara ke bas bhaga deta hai...beware...

hello frnds, iam the former employee of STEPS INDIA TECHNOLOGY, i want to tell u that mr, roopam goenka the CEO, HR, IS VERY NICE PERSON, i works in this company for 5 months butI GOT VERY NICE TREATMENT at the time of interview he told thats the will we pay u 4000, but frnds i told u the fact is i completed the 3 laks project of that guy but this roopam GIVEN ME 1 LAKH RUPEES HE KNOWS HOW FRESHER WORKS AND HE HELP EVERY FRESHER, SO JOIN THE COMPANY AND ENJOY.

this whole comment is fake and it's just to defame steps india technologies. please go yourself and see their office and work and then comment. all employees are paid correctly and as per their contract.
