[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts Limited — cancellation of membership | |||
Respected sir, I am sameer ramakant bhanji, i request you that mohammed hussain khan (Direct customer acquisition manager) from here came to my house in silvassa for the membership of sterling holidays on 30/10/2018. For blue studios i signed the application for membership, at that time i swiped with my credit card of rs. 35, 465 /- & rs. 100/- (15% of membership fees). Mohammed hussain khan (Direct customer acquisition manager) had said that if you do not like this plan, then you can cancel the subscription till december 2 and return it. And you can take full amount of money back. On 30/10/2018 i swiped my credit card and paid rs 35465 / - & rs. 100 / - respectively. And also issued two cheques in favour of sterling holidays. Ch. No. 086624 & 086625 drawn on icici bank payable at silvassa branch of rs. 17906/- & rs. 100/-. I do not want this membership now, you can cancel it. And send me courier above said cheques to my address and rs.35465 / - please refund me. Was this information helpful? | |||
