Sterling Holiday Resorts - Beware of the biggest fraudulent time share company

I am a member of Sterling Holidays since 2017. When I joined, their relationship manager told me that I can avail holidays in any season but the respective season points will be deducted. However, I found that this was not the case, and I was not allowed to book in other seasons. Had I known this I would never have signed up.

But I don’t have documents of 55455 to applying for duplicate documents they need mobile number updated.
For mobile number update they need documents.

Sterling Holidays cheating with Members

Sterling making fool to all members. They are giving membership and not giving rooms. every time rooms are in waiting list and same time on other website rooms are available.

I am facing this issue for the third time. rooms available on other application like MMT, GO IBIBO, ETC but not available on sterling portal for his member.

Asking for AAC for a non existing Resort

I had taken Sterling resorts membership way back in early 90's, at that time it was given for 99 years.

As per my agreement they will have to build a resort in Bhimtal, which till date they have failed to do so.

They have been asking for AAC charges from last 5 years for a property that does not exist.

Moreover they did not allow me to book the resort for non payment of AAC, and now they are threatning...

Money got deducted from Credit Card. On cancellation the money is not refunded.

I made a booking at Sterling Park Kalimpong for 2 person, 2 nights. I provided the credit card information for security against the booking. It was supposed to be pay at property and cancellable free of charge untill 3 days of checkin.

As soon as I made the booking amount 20621 INR got debited from my credit card without any prompt from Sterling Hotel or Booking.com, Credit card statement...

Extra Charge for Child + Advance Payment in Full

We are members, and tried to book 2 rooms at Sterling, Yelagiri. We are a party of 4 Adults+1 Child, so we booked for 2 Rooms. However we faced following 2 Glitches:
1) While trying to enter total number of persons, it is not accepting the child. After checking with Reservations, I am told that there will be additional charges for the child to the tune of INR 885.00 per night. This charge is extremely high.

Refund not being paid by Sterling Puri

Had booked on 14th July 2021 and then cancelled it after 5 mins. As per the terms laid out to me, full amount should be refunded to me if cancelled before 15th July 2021. Wrote for a refund of the money, thereafter received a mail from Sterling Puri that they will issue voucher of same amount, which I declined and asked them for a complete refund...

Sterling Holidays Resorts Cancellation of Booking and refund

I had reserved few rooms in Sterling yelagiri from 29th April till 1st May 2023. The booking was made on 16th April and paid an advance of Rs.36, 000/- to confirm the reservation.

Money stuck in booking

We made a booking which was tentative and seeing the T&Cs which mentioned that the booking can be cancelled 48 hours prior to checking.
However within booking in an hour, our plan changed and we reached out to customer care support, there was no response on the IVR. WE MADE ATLEAST 10 attempts.

I have recently tried to book for sterling Panchgani for august month but could not book from website though it was mentioned booking open. Then I called customer care and I came to know booking not open for member only open for non member. They are charging large amount of money for membership and ASF as well and booking priority are giving to non member. Really they are cheater

Need Full refund for my cancelled membership

I went for a vacation to Ooty Sterling ELK where I got two members of Sterling who offered me the membership for 25 years for which I was asked to pay 3.30 Lacs. I swiped Rs 1.92 Lacs over there & I paid a 1-month installment of Rs 11.500. I haven't availed the services a single time.

I had booked 2 day accommodation at Sterling Thekkady between April 30th and May 2nd.
My booking was confirmed and the payment from my card was deducted on 28th April, I received an confirmation message from Sterling. I called up the front desk on 28th April 3:29 PM and the person confirmed my booking.
On 29th Night at 9 PM when I was already on my travel to Thekkady enroute Madurai I get a message from Sterling that my booking...
