[Resolved]  STM — form filling fraud

My name is Mukesh...suddenly on one Saturday I received a phone call from stm and got a PDF and they asked to sign on a plane place... Suddenly my signature was uploaded on the agreement... I was shocked... But I managed to submit 1500 forms but they failed QC and asked to pay the amount of 4500 +3000 as penalty... Please solve my issue as soon as possible I m a college student and I worked for my semester fees but now they r asking money... Plzzz do solve my problem
