Stm company did fraud against me on behalf of data entry work

I was searching for a job in online and i seen this ad and i applied to this job and i got call from this company by name keni she told the details of the job and asked for documents like adhar., pan, photos.. I sent immediately and they sent me a link to sign the agreement and i opened the link an she said to sign in with capital letters and i did and sent within short time my agreement is ready with my signature and i shocked by seeing that, after that keni called me and said u get call from enquiry department and they ask ur details like pan no. Ur name etc, i got the call and i said all my details. After that they sent the work i'd and password that also in spam in gmail section. After i completed my job with their given time in 10 days, i sent it on 9th day itself. They sent my qc report is some 200forms r wrong but after checking there were some correct forms they did fraud with me. After that one person called me and said ur qc report got failed u have to pay 4500rs then i paid the amt after that i got a call from one advocate said that he is calling from maharashtra court u hv breached the rules so u hv to pay 15500 immediately till 1200 pm of not i put a case on u and u hv to come to maharashtra lathur court so i payer the money through google pay and after sometime again he called and said u hv to pay anther 20500 for agreement and closing charges then again i paid the amt after sometime again he called and said ur case is not closed to withdraw ur case u hv to come to maharashtra lathur court and sign the papers then i said i can't come then he said i[censored] won't come then i will send one otp for digital signature u hv to pay 8950for this then i sent that amt also. They r tortured very much. They r demanding money from me then i went to ccs and made a complaint on them after that there were no calls for 7to 8 months passed. And suddenly one person called me on 20/3/2020 and saying that i m calling from delhi court that u had worked in stm company and ur case is not withdrawn. For withdrawing my case i hv to pay 15500 he said. I said ok and simply i ignored his calls after some time he messaged me saying that we had sent ur notice for breaching of contract to my address and given this no. [protected] to contact for any queries so the stm company is very fraud and demanding money from innocent people. Please take serious action on this stm company

I have already complained against STM company.. I paid 4500 in the beginning.. Again they are calling and asking 12500 as the amount for breaching the contract.. They never mention that before. Even in the agreement letter also it is not there.In october they called and asked for 42000. If i didn't pay that amount there are threatening to send notice to my adress.. Again after three months, now they are mailing, messaging and calling for...

With due respect hello sir, this is harsh chauhan from Uttarakhand received a home based job call from the stm company which provides form filling job. Priya patel named executive company called me for the job and she said there will be 1500 forms filling in 10 days and said will give 30000 after submission by deducting 4500 as a registration fees. Also they send me fake agreement letter and acceptance letter. After completion of work i submitted my work and i have to pay penalty regarding that and after that i got a call from person saying we are from adovactes office we filled a case against you and they sending mails to me asking 6200 rs. When i refused the are saying that see u in a court.. And i was student this company is big time fraud. I also have lost my valuable time for earning salary but no salary is given to me rather than my hard work they are harassing me that give money i am poor and i started this job to support my family to eat. Kindly check and revert and help me please to get back my money. I am too much stressed and torchered by the person please help me

This is Summer, i have applied for a work from home job and a call from stm company. They offer job and tell that there is no initial payment should be done but after the work completed, 4500/- should be deducted from your salary. After the work complete they provided my qc report is fail. And i have to pay 4500/-. I didn't paid that amount bcoz i got to know that company is already fake. But they are calling me again and again... And asking me that if i want to cancel the agreement then i have to pay 7500 rupess otherwise they will take legal action against me. Please help me to solve this problems

I was looking for work from home job. Then i apply on many website that provide work from home jobs. I got a call from an unknown no. Then they asked me for doing online form filling job. I think it's a perfect job for me to do from home. Then i said ok, i will do this job. My job is to fill 1500 forms in 10 days with 90% accuracy and if i fail to do this, then i have to pay rs4, 500/- to the stm company. They asked me to send my identity proof like voter id card, aadhar card etc. I sent my aadhar card photo on their whatsapp no. Then they sent an link on my email id. This link is for downloading an agreement software. I installed that software. Then they asked me to sign in that software. I did the same. Then after few minutes they sent an contract agreement pdf on my email id. I was completely in shock. They didn't even tell me about that agreement. I called them back and asked to cancel my work but they said you have to pay rs4, 500/- to company as utility charges. On next day, they sent me a link for doing work. Then i completed my work in 10 days. i final submitted my forms. Then they sent my qc report.in that report i saw 150+ forms were wrong. But on checking i found many forms are correct but they (Fraud people) make these forms wrong. I call helpline no. And tell my forms were correct. But they didn't do anything. Then i got call from advocate named Dinesh sharma. He said that you have to pay money to stm company otherwise they registered a case against me. I said my forms were correct. But he also didn't do anything. So, now they sent messages to pay money or they will booked a case against me. This advocate also sent a notice in my email id. They blackmailing me to pay money. Please help me to get out of this fraud.

Few months back I had a problem with STM company that I contacted consumer complaints they helped me out of that issue now the same company is demanding me for extra money. They said if I don’t pay the money they will file a case as same they said in last time issue. Please help me. Other wise I have no chance to come out of this situation. My number [protected]

I have been searching for a job on quicker so i have received a whatsapp message from an executive of stm company and he asked me to do job of form filling where i have to fill 1500 forms in 10 days so i asked him to tell me further details of this job so he asked me to download an app and then he asked me to register their with my name signature and i'd proof i have not received any agreement before registration they asked me to just submit my signature separately and then i have received a mail from them regarding legal notice where they have used my signature saying i have accept their agreement and they asked me to pay 4500 for cancellation and now they are scaring me to go legally and asked 80000 or they will issue a arrest warrant so i would request all the victims of this fraud pls let's complain together of this fraud company

I am a student. I was just searching for online part time jobs on quickr.com, naukri.com etc. So i have registered in quickr, naukri and all. And i got a call from a lady named keni and she said me about the job available i. E. I shiould fill 1500 forms online for which i ll be paid rs.30000/- i. E. Rs.20 per form that is all she said and i agreed to work so she asked me for a id proof and i sent my id proof and without even my knowledge they made the agreement and she askd me download a software and draw my sign and without even my knowledge an agreement was sent to my email with my sign so i have started working with that forms. But i could not complete my works before 10 days so i gotta call from company asking me to pay rs.9500 as date extension and utility charges which will be refunded once if my work gets qualified. So i paid 9500 and my work got failed so i didnt get any payment and thats ok. But after 4 days they called me to pay either 21500 to cancel the agreement or 31500 to renew the agreement as a case is filed against me. Even that time they said i can get refund of all the amount once if my work get qualified next time and even if i dont get qualified i ll be refunded rs.31500 alone as it is the extension of agreement charges. So i even paid 31500 that time and renewed the thing. After 2 days from my payment they again called me to pay legal charges of rs.30500. They threatened me that if i dont pay then i have to cum aurangabad the next day and should pay 90000/- so i again paid 30500/- after clarifying that i ll get rs.31500 even if i dont get qualified in that work. After that i got my second 1500 forms to be filled which i completed very carefully that there s no chance for getting my work failed. And i submited on time but still then my quality control report got failed. Now i called them to refund my rs.31500/- but they are shouting at me to pay rs9800 to close my file or else i ll be sent a legal notice. But they are not at all responding to my msg for refund of rs.31500/-. Kindly take action against them and help me to get my money back.

They call me and and for the part time job, then they some document from me, like aadhaar, photo & signature, then they send a software application app, then tell to open that app and give the document information, then tell you have to fill 1500 hundred form in 10 days and if 1350 form will right you will get rs 30000 thousand. Then they not send any form. After 10 days, means today one person call and tell her name yaswant desai (Laywer)- [protected] and he call me from this no-. And said you have a report in court from stm company and tell that you have to deposit 4500 rs to stm company in 1 hour to close the file. Otherwise you get a notice in 2 days in your house. After that you have to paid 7500 rs otherwise, u will have to came on court. Please help me. Kindly request.

I applied for some work from home data entry jobs on quickr. Same day i started getting calls for such job offers. The name of the company was stm and they offered me a job of filling 1500 forms for 20 rs each i. E. A total of rs 30000/- in 10 days. They said that if i fail to get an accuracy less that 90%, then i'll not get any salary and i'll have to pay a registration amount of rs 4500. After i completed the work and submitted it, a qc report was generated which indicated that my accuracy in the work was less than 90%. When i checked the report and forms, if felt like there were mistakes that were purposefully made after my submission, because most of the mistakes were not mine since i'd checked each and every form twice while filling it. And then they sent me a mail saying that i haven't payed the registration amount so they'll start the legal proceedings against me. Within an hour, i get a call from some advocate saying that he has received a file from stm company filing a complaint against me and if i don't want them to proceed this case i'll have to pay an amount of rs 6500/- the same day. And since then they've been calling and messaging again and again to blackmail, because they have an agreement with my signature on it (Which they took by cheating like they took from other people). Plz help me

I applied through quicker for some jobes mostly work from home job. I get a call next day from atm company. Rest of the is same as others. I completed the given work carefully but the qc report was fail. Next day i get a call caller was claiming to be an lawyer. But i knew that it is a froid because after submitting the work i search the name of stm on internet and here i found all the froid related complaint's agents stm. So i tell the lowyer to send me the notice and i am not going to pay any money to them. For 2 days they continue talking to me but now all the numbers are either out of reach or switch off. I worked pretty hard but now i don't have any hope to be paid for my work. So i request to take some action agents them.

I have signed aggrement with stm this 26th june 2019 now lawyer mayur joshi threatening me to pay money as i have not met their accuracy level. I have photos of all the forms i have typed n only 50 are mistakes.. While typing suddenly the completing forms flickered n started to show 1305 wheareas i was typing then 1108. Names were similar so i went back to check n that flickering happened. I have seen abhisek chakraborty agreement paper too and its exactly same with mine. Serial no 11506. Dates 6 may 2019. Plz help me as they have my details.

Salary 30000/- and asking mi address and id. They chat in whats app. And send one software. They said inistal and open, and aftre they said plz signature. I complet my work and i submeted. They send qc fail. To day i get a mail, in that mail one leagal notice. They put on me a complent. Plz save mi from this.

Sir I searching data entry job from my house when I have received call from STM company. They informed me that I will date entry job but you provide your aadhar card and I have upload my aadhar card on their application. They emailed me agreement on the my without knowledge of me and also provides 1500 forms to within 10 days with 90% accuracy. I have submitted in time as I am calling to them to cancel but they informed you have to do otherwise penalty will paid. But they have rejected my forms. On checking rejected form I have seen that most of the form have been rejected without any reasons. Now they pressure me deposit Rs4500/- as penalty otherwise we Court notice. I have got a data entry job from stm company on 27th june, 2019. The target was - i had to complete the the filling of 1500 forms within 10 days.
On 3rd july i have submitted my qc. A day after, i got a mail that my qc has been failed.. I gave a call to the helpline number - [protected] to ask what's the problem. They told me that the forms are not correct. It was showing red lines over there. But later on i checked that the forms were correct and it was showing red lines just to make people fool that it was wrong but it was actually right..
In this way they failed the qc and didn't pay.
Moreover that i got a mail that i have to pay the registration fee 4500+3000. If not then legal actions ll be taken.
It's a totally fraud company. Cheating people.

Then I got a call from the company STM which is located at Maharashtra. They said to fill 1500 forms in 15 days and have to reach the accuracy 90% . If we fail in accuracy I have to pay 4500 to the company. They take an agreement. i said ok and take the forms. After submitting they said u failed in accuracy and u have to pay 4500. I paid that 4500 by taking from my friend. Again they called and saying u have a contract of 11 months with the company for taking ur second project u have to pay 12000 i[censored] want to terminate u have to pay 15000. Sir/madam these payment things are not there in the agreement. Now they send a mail that I have to pay 42550 . Sir/Madam I am really worried.. please help.

When i refused the are saying that see u in a court.. And i was just doing job to earn. This company is big time fraud. And gave me work on 2/7/2018. I checked his work twice and I had done my job and had submitted it on 12/7/2011 and now they are saying that your work is wrong while I work Have done this and now people are asking me for money So request that you action against that company

I was looking for online part time jobs on Quikr and I came across a job. next day I got a call from a company's executive from the company STM aurangabad, Maharashtra. Then she told me to download software in order to get my work and and when I downloaded the software it ask me for my signature she told me to write my name and without my knowledge an agreement was created in which it was written that if I fail to submit the work with 90% accuracy I will have to pay 4500 rupees. After 10 days I had completed my work with more than 90% accuracy as I had already double checked my every form but after 10 days they sent me a fake QC report in which it was written that I had failed to submit the work with accuracy. When I open the QC report I saw that they had marked my correct form also as incorrect which was very strange to me. Then I got an email from an advocate asking me for money and he says that I am bound to pay the money according to the contract or so-called agreement that was made without my knowledge and now he is torturing me and asking me for money, I am getting calls emails messages and I don't know what to do please help.

Sir, i had applied for a part time job in stm company for filling up 1500 forms in 10 days in which i completed 1499 forms and in 1 form the address details were missing. I called them up 2 days and they didnt receive it. I had sent them a mail stating that i am having some problems with the submission and to pick up my call which they didnt reply. The very next day i receive an email stating that i have missed one form due to which my work was not submitted. I called them saying that 90% was accurate and the criteria was 1350 forms. There was nothing mentioned in the agreement that i had to fillup 1500 out 1500 forms. They kept the call without saying if i had to pay or not. Today i got a call from an advocate ashok desai who mailed me a notice and said that i have to pay 7500 for noc from the company within 12.45 else the company will file a case in the court. I am scared that they have my signature on the agreement papers which they took and without telling me sent me an agreement paper with my signature. Please help me out. And now i think the agreement is fake as the number in my agreement paper matches with one of the complaints registered here.

Hello everyone. I am a victim of stm company aurangabad. I gave my is proof and they sent me an agreement without my knowledge that my work would be subjected for legal action if not completed. Anyway... They sent me i'd and password but because of some urgency i asked for 10 days to start the work. She (Sanvi sharma) her mobile number is [protected].
