[Resolved]  Stn Solutions Gujarat — threatening me to give penalty but there is no valid agreement

I was searching for an online job in quikr and applied for few jobs and i received a call from stn solutions. And i heard everything the caller (Neha shaikh) who represented the company said and i asked him is there any registration fee so she said yes 5200 after receiving the first work payment release they will deduct the registration payment. She told me you need to share the government id proof (Aadhar card or voter card) to finish the registration form. I told need some time to get the laptop to start the work. She told yes its ok to start the work after you get the laptop. I shared my voter card proof for registration. I received the demo files from neha to personnel maid id. After few days another person (*) she is part of verification team she told you will agree the agreement so i told ok. They created fake id "[protected]@gmail.com. After few days i mail to neha regarding still i did not get the agreement, there is no response from her. A fake documents has been send to my mail id. I disagree to take the work
Later, after a 15 days one lady named stn solution dhruti kapadiya legal officer called to me because still you did not complete the work so file the case (For section 420) misuse the medical billing work. You need to pay the amount of 5200 registration fee. Then i stopped receiving calls from the company people and they started send sms in my number. Need help as the documents they forwarded me as agreement are not signed so i think those are not valid documents.
