Street Dogs — Keep on distrubing people and children

I'm resident of VGROA nagar, katpadi, vellore, tamilnadu. In our area more than 10 dogs are keep on disturbing people and children. People and children cant walk out safely.A lady in our street feeding them and helps them to deliver.so every 6 months new dogs are roaming in our street.and The new puppies are keep on pooping and peeing everywhere in our street and all entries of our gates.
